Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
This policy explains how Loaded Nacho (“Loaded Nacho,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information. It applies to loadednacho.com and to the websites and client portal we build and operate on behalf of our clients (for example, restaurant websites). On client sites, the business you’re contacting is responsible for how it uses your information; we operate the site for them under this policy.
Information we collect
- Contact forms: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Reservations: your name, contact details, party size, date and time, and any notes you add.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, position, availability, experience and any resume you upload.
- Email sign-ups: your email address and any other details you choose to give, such as a name or birthday for a loyalty club.
- Client portal users: account details, sign-in security settings and activity needed to run your account.
- Technical data: standard information like IP address, browser type and request logs that our hosting provider records to deliver and secure the site.
Cookies
Our websites don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run third-party analytics on loadednacho.com. To understand how our sites are used, we count visits without cookies: the page viewed, the referring site, the device type (mobile, desktop or tablet) and an approximate city. We don’t store IP addresses or identify individual visitors, and we keep only daily totals. The client portal uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. If a specific client site adds other tools, such as an embedded ordering or social widget, those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How we use information
- To respond to your messages and requests.
- To pass reservations, applications and inquiries to the business you’re contacting.
- To send email you’ve signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
- To operate, secure and improve our sites and portal.
- To comply with the law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the business you contacted through a site we operate.
- With service providers that help us run our services, including Cloudflare (hosting, storage and system email), Brevo (marketing email) and Google Workspace (business email and documents). They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
Card payments for online ordering are handled by the business’s ordering or point-of-sale provider, such as SpotOn, under that provider’s own privacy policy. We don’t receive or store card numbers.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as our clients direct, and then delete it. Backups are kept for up to 30 days before being replaced.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, private file storage, secure sign-in and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. Read more on our Security & Trust page.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Email hello@loadednacho.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If your request concerns a client business’s site, we may forward it to that business.
Children
Our sites aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
